Dan River Oil Co

Wonderful experience! We switched to Dan River, bought and had them install new fire logs and bought a new propane tank. Chad Wall and his entire Crew are customer focused with small town values!

We dealt with Kallam for years and Amerigas bought them out….worst customer service ever, never could get any service for fill ups after repeated calls to get a refill. The guy that picked up our old tank when we canceled our service with Amerigas recommended Dan River Propane Co. Just called Tuesday of this week to ask about setting up an account with them and bam…3 days later I have a brand new, full tank of propane at my home. The gentleman that installed it was kind enough to actually light our pilot for the gas logs also. This company has excellent customer service and I highly recommend them!

We had Dan River Propane install a gas log set up in our fireplace and new 250 gallon tank the nicest people you will find in the propane business from the install to the county inspection they were on it we 💯 % recommend them Chris,Grey and Johnny all gentleman very knowledgeable people

Worked with Kallam Oil in Madison for 25 years. They were bought out by the Amerigas conglomerate, then everything fell apart. Terrible customer service, all kinds of fees, overseas call center that you would get disconnected from regularly. Poor english if thats what they are trying to speak... Finally bought my in-ground tank from them and starting calling around. Found Dan River Oil AND all the great people I used to work with at Kallam. They are excellent!
