“Firs time visiting this location and will say that Dr. Johnson was great. He was very professional, personable and took a good amount of time to thoroughly perform my exam, explain the images taken and make sure that my final prescription was nothing less than crystal clear. The office staff was very nice and professional too with a good amount of customer/patients in the office while I was there for exams or purchasing lenses. They did a great job dealing with me to find a pair of glasses that would look good, were affordable, and fit my head properly. I will be back to this location and would recommend MyEyeDr of Madison and Dr. Johnson to others in the area too.”

“So my sweet ,loving Beautiful Momma has been here at Jacobs Creek in Madison for sometime now. And she has Dementia but my Momma loves it there and she is well cared for. She really is very happy and is very Healthy. The one person Keke who works in activities. She is one special young lady who really cares for all of the patient s the she deals with. And all of the patients really seem to be taken with her as well. My sweet ,loving ,little momma really loves Keke. And is very happy to hang with Keke. She was all of the patio angel as well as the families when this covid -19 shut everything down. When we couldn't see our family members they were there for the patient and for the families. They kept the families informed and I. Touch with the patient as well. So for the people putting bad reviews just know we people that have only good to say about Jacobs Creek we are so sorry that your family member had such a bad experience there. But we families that have only had great memories as well speak for our family members and the staff there as well. So thank you to all of the staff at Jacobs Creek and especially Keke in activities.
