I called to get a rental car and the process was quick and easy. The staff was super nice and accommodating! Returning it was the same experience. The staff are all great!
I was hit in an accident and my car needed repairs so Geico provided a rental vehicle for me at Enterprise. Carter went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was put in a car that met my needs (even when Geico tried to put me in something smaller that wasn’t close to the size of my original vehicle). Carter made what was already a stressful situation completely smooth and no trouble at all for me. I 10/10 recommend service with him and Enterprise!
Easy peasy lemon squeeze! Placed order online. Picked up my sister & stopped by her local Enterprise store to add her as a driver too, simple! Rented a Nissan Sentra of equivalent. Got a Mazda CX-5 w/all kinds of driving aids! More than cruise ctrl, intelligent cruise/pacing ctrl! You can set the cruise speed mark, a green line appears, if you get behind slower traffic, it will back off for safe stopping distance and pace that traffic! If you change to an open lane, it automatically returns to the green set mark! Blind spot mirror warnings on lane changes! Backup camera, be careful, you can easily misjudge closeness to objects when backing! And more, but you get the idea!
Called into store to do rental reservation.... spoke to Carter. He provided INCREDIBLE service!! Very helpful in obtaining just the right vehicle for our vacation trips! Thanks to Carter and his staff for a flaw free operation!! Carter even called during our trip to make sure all was good. That's going above and beyond! Thanks Carter!!
I had an issue with my rental and to say the least the Danville Va location refused to help me and is a sorry excuse for a business and lacking in the customer service area. I called and spoke to the store manager of the reidsville location,Vince. Without hesitation he offered to bring me a different vehicle to my job and was very professional and told me that I shouldn’t have to worry about these things and he apologized for my experience with Danville. THIS GENTLEMAN DESERVES A PROMOTION!!
UPDATE:
I got the new rental from Reidsville Enterprise , they brought it to me at my job 45 minutes away. Clell was awesome and quickly got me switched out so I could return to work. Vince and his team are the best and I will continue to do business with them and recommend that particular location to everyone!!!!
