I love coming here for my per needs because the young women here are wonderful. They go above and beyond courtesy and customer satisfaction. However... I think management should hire another person or two for back up. It's a shame so much falls on just one person. Even for their safety, management should consider this. The young girl and I had a situation where she was helping me and some grumpy woman left because she wasn't able to wait her turn. There was another gentleman waiting to be checked out, he allowed me to go before him. I ended up finding a 20 dollar bill. The cashier was just about to put it near the register to see if someone would claim it, when the man behind me said he had dropped it. Maybe 30 seconds after he put it in his pocket, that grumpy old lady came back in the store with her dog asking if some one found a 20 dollar bill. The guy was so embarrassed. It was just ridiculous. The guy was creepy enough even beyond that incident that I waited in my car for him to leave the parking lot before I left, just to make sure she was good. Seriously, please consider hiring so that your employees can work in teams. It's really the only smear that I can see on this lovely company and store.

I take my dog, Maggie, to Petsense for grooming and a bath. It's so easy to make an appointment. The groomer, Gloria, is so nice and does a fantastic job. Maggie loves her! I know she is well-taken care when she is there, as she always gets excited when we arrive for her appointment. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
