She is the only staff member that has ever been rude and have an attitude with me. I don't appreciate her. Rhonda should check herself before having an attitude with a patient of there's. I am highly upset and very frustrated with the phone conversation I just had with Rhonda. I expect this issue to be taken care of. I nor anyone else deserves to be treated the way Rhonda treated me. She literally almost hung up on me. That is not good customer service.”

I was greeted by the receptionist and given the paperwork immediately to fill out, asked and answered any questions I had. Did not wait long and was taken back with more greetings and smiles (even through the mask) lol. Again as was previously mention, Dr Barrett seemed rushed but I can imagine if you have a lot of patients that you don’t have time to talk, but again, he was very helpful, open, honest and answered all my questions. When I was taken back to the front because I also had a cleaning scheduled, I spoke with the financial manager and she was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. All the way up to the cleaning, which was also wonderful, till I walked out the door I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this office for your dentistry needs. Thank you Dr. Barrett and your wonderful staff for an awesome time at the dentist. I’m sure you don’t hear that often. Lol”
