  Amazing customer service! Jordan has been a lifesaver a half dozen times. He’s always patient and friendly with me when I have dumb questions about how to use the software from our conversion from film to digital. I recommend Jordan very much.

  Our office has worked with CT Harris Imaging for a long time and could not ask for better customer service. Jordan is always are go to person when we need assistance. My office recently upgraded equipment and Jordan did a fantastic job installing, showing me how it worked, and creating a few short cuts for us. It is nice to be able to do business with the same people year after year and know that you are always in good hands.

  Had an issue with the computer not wanting to talk to my DR machine. Jordan pulled over during his commute back to work, remote in, and fixed the problem. Nice!

  We purchased our new digital x-ray system from CT Harris in December 2016. As with any new equipment, there is a learning curve. However, the training each member of our staff received allowed us to immediately use our new technology and improve the quality of service we offer to our patients. Jordan has always been available to answer out questions in a very timely manner- sometimes pulling off the road to remote in and immediately show us how to do what was needed.
  
  I would highly recommend this digital X-ray system with installation and support by Jordan Dickens.
