Explained classes and one on one introduction to the new machine. They have a great selection of fabrics and notions, lot of regulars who are happy to help you with problems you may have.”

“The owner is a True Gentleman! I went in for my first time today for a key fob battery; he had it right on hand, he replaced it himself right there in front of me and refused to let me pay! (as long as I came back to get a truck battery I am needing). Also, UNBEATABLE prices. (Truck battery for less than 100 bucks!) It is RARE, even with your "mom and pops" stores, to receive customer service like that anymore. Thank you Mr. Brown. I WILL be back and I will send as many people as I can to you as well!”
