This abandoned church is hard to see from the road. One time I was riding with someone and spotted it. It has a small cemetery beside it and perhaps the church hasn't been used in 30 years based on some of the death dates. Who are those buried here? What happened to the congregation? While the church has been vandalized and while it is wearing away, it retains its pure beauty. It is like the abandoned Shaker structures in Kentucky and elsewhere. This was a nice place to stop and visit and say a prayer.
