While it has only been a couple of days, the chair lift is working exactly as we hoped and a true lifesaver for our family. Most of all, we have had excellent customer service. I have been so impressed with Abby and Caeden at the Charleston, SC branch. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. I chose 101 Mobility over other vendors because of how we were treated by them. While the price was competitive, it was the service that sold us.

Service to repair chair stair was fast and excellent!! Back up running and usable. Friendly tech who was helpful in providing info I did not get when chair was first installed. Learned valuable tips to make my usage easier!! Thanks for all the service and new info today!

Positive experience from my first phone call straight through to the instillation. Abby was a top notch professional walking me through my ordering options and keeping me updated on delivery. She even unloaded the boxes herself when she encountered a rude delivery driver at the dock. Caeden did an INCREDIBLE job with instillation, extremely respectful and kind.
