(February 28, 2019, 12:26 pm)We all know as consumers that experiencing professionalism and real customer service in today's climate is a very rare thing. However, Enterprise in Salisbury, NC is the real deal. I rent a vehicle for both business and leisure purposes and the reason I return to this location time and time again is solely based on the superiority of service I receive. The quality does not merely extend to one employee, but every single employee has demonstrated the highest caliber of excellence, particularly the manager who has gone out of his way to correct what he perceived as something negative. Accustomed to poor service from other companies, I would never have thought twice about a negative experience, but he caught something and went way above to ensure I felt satisfied before I left. For example, I used the pre-pay for gas because they offer such a cheaper rate of gas, which is an awesome deal, but I found I kept forgetting and filling up the vehicle before I returned it anyway. The manager heard this and out of the blue gave me a discount on my next rental to compensate. On another rental the vehicle had a cigarette smell and as someone who is legitimately allergic could not get into the vehicle. He took control immediately and gave me a free upgrade and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes. So, my conclusion is that this Enterprise location has a business model that has set the standard far above any other as their normal operating procedure. I am always surprised each time I rent from them, but only because they stand out among all their competitors - and also among other Enterprise branches. I give kudos to the manager for effortlessly showing that genuine concern for the customer experience. I imagine you believe you are just doing your job, but you should know that your work ethic is truly exceptional.
