I was treated professionally from the moment I walked in until the minute I walked out the door. There was very little wait time and my problem was evaluated promptly.

I've been a patient for a year, now. I'm always treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Elfersy always takes the time to answer my questions and is very pleasant. I haven't ever had to ask him to explain anything because he talks to me without using words that only an MD would understand. These things are ultimately important to me. I'm diabetic and taking care of eyes is my priority. There have been times when staff at other offices have made me feel like a freak because of my diabetes. Not this staff and not this wonderful Dr. Elfersy! Thanking you for making me feel welcome and important.

Doc was fast, efficient and very detailed with his tests. His assistants were very personable and friendly. He explained in great detail my condition and how best to proceed with my diagnosis. I would recommend him highly.
