My phone had lost it's mind and doing crazy stuff and I walked in to Joey's store and he politely fixed my problem in a few minutes free of charge!!! Wonderful to see such polite customer service highly recommend this store.

NewAgain phone repair is a true gem to Rowan County. I have had several devices repaired here promptly and at a minimal cost. Joey is very knowledgeable about cellular devices and is a pleasure to work with.

My Samsung Galaxy S-21 was sitting on the nightstand charging ,fell off and broke the charging port. I took the phone in, they ordered a new port, and installed it the next day in a couple of hours. The technician was very helpful, friendly, professional, and competent. I am very happy with the service I received and the price was reasonable. I give this place my strongest recommendation.

I would give this business higher than a 5 if possible. A common misconception is that you need to take your iPhone or Android to A. Where you purchased it or B. A retailer of said brand. The reality is that you should take it here. Why? Because he’s got more hands-on experience with current phones than any individual that Verizon, Apple, etc. would set you up with. Also, he’s almost definitely more cost effective. I would write all day. Just go here.
