The building is fairly new so the set-up of everything is organized and things are easy to find; but if you need assistance from an employee.... good luck!!! I was in the shoes dept for 50 minutes and NOT ONE employee approached me to ask if I needed help with anything!
Rating 4 stars because of their clothing variety, if I were to rate their employees/customer service I would give the store 2 stars.
(October 5, 2021, 8:12 pm)Could never find my right size with out the gap happening.. (ladies understand) and for a decent price. At Belk they had a good sale, but wondered if they changed all the signage in the evening because the same pant or jeans I bought for buy 1 get 2 miraculously changed to a different brand?? But I did get a good deal and plan on shopping there again for sure.
