(November 7, 2019, 11:02 pm)Inside the store, Hannah was awesome. There was an issue with something we ordered. She caught it in advance and called me in plenty of time so we could pick something else. Who does that? Who cares that much now a days?? She does, and it couldn't be more appreciated! Just customer service like you wouldn't expect.
In addition to Hannah's excellent customer service, delivery to Mocksville was only $30. Another shout out to Logan and Marcus. To my surprise, they were super helpful, nice, and extremely friendly. To top it off, I was their first delivery on a Saturday morning.
Thank you Hannah, Logan, and Marcus. Yall are the reason I shop there and refer R&J to others. Thanks again, Robert

(July 28, 2019, 1:13 am)Found a great sectional couch at a great price. The delivery guys were professional and took their time moving the couch into my historic home which has some smaller door ways. They made sure to set me up right. 5 Stars
(March 20, 2019, 8:58 pm)We ordered a powered reclining sofa wall hugger sight unseen except for pictures on internet. R&J Furniture gave us the best price anywhere. The delivery fee was very reasonable and the deliverymen were courteous and placed the sofa exactly as we wanted. We will definitely order from this store the next time we need furniture in the future.
