Lot of construction in area. Hard to maneuver to different places. Too much walking from building 3 have to go almost halfway across hospital to blood draw station. Have to leave this building go outside and back into another building. Can't image some in wheel chairs doing this. I understand construction but keep the route there as direct as possible.

I am always happy with VA care. Dr. Malone is a great physician! She's so thorough that when complications came up with my surgery, i felt like i was good in her hands... and I was! Bless the physicians and medical staff, and with God's guidance, they are truly saving lives and helping people!

The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I want to shoutout Terry from the CPAP clinic for her great personality and all the education I need about my new CPAP machine.

Honorable mention to the scheduling desk personnel at the CPAP clinic and the valet guys for their help and friendliness as well.

VA Salisbury rocks 💪

I went for the town hall meeting. Very nice event. Senior Leaders were there to answer questions. I had my picture taken for my ID card. Regina was terrific. Outstanding customer service. My first time at a VA hospital. Everyone treated me with so much care and respect.

I LOVE the VA and that goes for the Charlotte VA as well. Scheduling appointments may be a little far out specially the specialty clinics but whenever I do go to my appointment I am in and out at reasonable time. Everyone is very friendly and nice, seems like everyone here truly cares. I swear I went to the hospital 3 times and every time I went I couldn't sit down before they would've called my name! You go to Novant Hospital.... they told me 13 hours wait last time I went. Never again will I go. It's like that all the time at Novant. I'm very grateful for the VA and God giving me this gift.
