At my second appointment, Jane Walters talked with me about my hearing aid options and what my insurance would cover. We determined what would work best, and at my following appointment I was fitted with hearing aids. They are AMAZING!!! My hearing aids are rechargeable and can sync with my smart phone! I was able to leave when both Jane and I were sure that I knew what I was doing. The following appointments were good, too, because we could “fine tune” the hearing aid program to fit my lifestyle. Everyone that I had contact with at Hearing Solutions of North Carolina was friendly and helpful. They took their time with me, I never felt rushed.”
