I wanted to get my brakes and rotors changed, and he brought me out a few times to make sure that I understood what he was doing and how it affected my driving. Not only did he keep me informed through the whole process, he offered advice on things to look out for in the future and to do other specific things such as get an alignment to prevent tire wearing.
