“Dr. Oden did a great job in testing my hearing, and explaining what my hearing loss meant. At my second appointment, Jane Walters talked with me about my hearing aid options and what my insurance would cover. We determined what would work best, and at my following appointment I was fitted with hearing aids. They are AMAZING!!! My hearing aids are rechargeable and can sync with my smart phone! I was able to leave when both Jane and I were sure that I knew what I was doing. The following appointments were good, too, because we could “fine tune” the hearing aid program to fit my lifestyle. Everyone that I had contact with at Hearing Solutions of North Carolina was friendly and helpful. They took their time with me, I never felt rushed.”
