“Family oriented, no inflated egos, perfect place to come in and get a great workout in and have fun sparring with friends. Mix of kickboxing and jiu-jitsu classes on certain days and membership is 90 dollars an hour. Recommended to have your own gear (up to 16oz gloves, shingaurds, and a mouth piece to spar) but there are some gloves and shingaurds that can be borrowed for the class. Great place to become stronger, physically and mentally.”
