I took my oldest niece there to drop off her paperwork but we don't know if the right person/people got all of her information and the paperwork work I had to suby. Hopefully my niece will get the help she needs extremely fast because she's really struggling and she can't work anymore due to everything she has.

Security guard and staff were very friendly and helpful. Usually going to the Social Security office its not a pleasant experience, but would highly recommend this office. Everyone was very nice and professional!

I had an excellent experience at this office today. The customer service was fast, professional, courteous, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 12 minutes! Way better customer service than what the airlines and many companies in the private sector offer these days, that's for sure.

I was seen right away when I got here! This place cleaned me more efficiently and quicker than a DMV, and I would certainly say they are! I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes, and my social security card was sent to me in a timely manner!

I called on behalf of my neighbor who filed a claim but does not speak English (and for whom a translator could not be found) to follow up on a timetable. I was transferred to this office after Raleigh was too busy, and it was a blessing. I spoke with Kim Hammel and she was patient, sympathetic, and full of useful information and advice about next steps for someone new to this system. I hope her advisor sees this; we're so grateful!
