  I purchased a pork shoulder and some smoked side meat. The shoulder was used in a delicious Spanish roast, and the side meat was used to season vegetables. The smokey flavor of both cuts really elevated the dishes. My family has been eating these dishes for years, and everyone commented on the savory flavor of the pork. Can't wait to go back and get some lard for frying authentic apple fried pies like my grandmother used to make.

  The best meat ever and eggs all natural cows chicken pigs and eggs the farmers take excellent care for the animals no hormones no steroids all natural well taken care of and fed animals. In fact in my son's science project the ground beef has more water than fat and the eggs are from well fed chickens that they have 1/3 less cholesterol no additives or hormones and natural cared for chickens are real when the eggs are different colors not like the supermarkets that you pay for a label of misleading healthy eggs. Not at Naked pig and in fact there cheaper if your a person who buys organic just cause it says organic doesn't mean it's healthier according to Animal Welfare Association. Love the Naked truth best place to buy meat and eggs and know your putting in good stuff I your body not a bunch of words most of us don't even know at the markets. Try the Naked Pig Company you I guarantee you will see the quality and taste the difference and they except ebt. Awesome place ever
