“Let me start with positives. Kayla the manager took care of us beautifully. Which means we definately will be back. However, we had a harried waitperson who really messed up! Served us drinks, took our order and for 50 minutes we never saw him. No salad, no drink refill no food. When we grabbed another server she alerted Kayla and life became good. “We go to this DQ almost every week at least once and my disabled son goes several times a week to get a blizzard. They have very tasty ice cream treats. I love the hot fudge sundae and the reese blizzard. The employees are always very nice. Any time they get an item wrong, they are quick to fix it and apologize. We also love the DQ cakes. I usually get one to celebrate birthdays.........DELICIOUS!”
