(December 11, 2022, 4:39 pm)Moved in at the beginning of August! Most (if not all) of us here are long term campers. The campground has new owners, and they're making a lot of necessary changes. We now have dog poop bags and bins, lights in important areas, the driveways are freshly lined with gravel, and the owners are extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents.
The campground vibe overall is quiet and calm. Most families (if not all) do not have children with them.
There's a lot of talk about what's to come for Cotton Patch, so I'm excited to stick around for a while. -

(June 15, 2022, 1:56 pm)I've lived here for 12 years and didn't know this place was here! What a beautiful little campground nestled back in the woods in New London. I met the owner Jeff today, very nice guy. You're looking for a good place to come Park in RV for a few months especially if you're working on contract somewhere nearby, the place has free wi-fi and he doesn't skimp on infrastructure. Very impressive place. Come check him out!

(August 1, 2021, 10:16 am)This place is amazing. Jeff and his family are amazing. They have been helpful, polite and genuinely happy about our stay. I live in my RV full time and would recommend this place to anyone.
If you're a good neighbor, not running around being a drunk, being loud, or obnoxious this this is perfect. They do not have a lot of rules but their main rule is just be a good neighbor.
There are families, trades workers and retirees on site. So this park really is for anyone. Anyone that is a good neighbor.
