Professional, respectful, and kind dispatchers working here. Never have to wait more than 10 seconds for my phone calls to get picked up, emergency or non-emergency, and help is sent promptly when I or my family need it. Mr. Hall has a hidden gem with the people he has working here, and he is doing very well running the 911 center. You can count on them, because no matter what voice picks up the phone and answers your call for help or request, you can rest assured they are well-trained, professional, kind, respectful, and help will be on the way in under 5 minutes, and usually always seems like 1-2 minutes before someone is already on the way when we listen to the scanner.
