the BEST fast food joint in king! we have NEVER had a single order messed up & we eat here at least once a week. they never forget to put straws & sauces in our bags either. i’m honestly surprised that they didn't get a higher rating on here and can’t help but to think people aren't being totally forthright. when people talk about increasing minimum wage, these workers are the ones who deserve it. awesome employees.

I came here and my order was incorrect. I called and the manager, Ryan was super nice with excellent customer service! Remade my whole order with no issues! Thank you to the manager!

To be a fast food joint this location has great service. The employee's recite your order and the food has always been good there. It's mostly young people working there but they always thank me for my business which goes a long ways with me these days. I would recommend eating there. ALL Taco Bells could learn from this location about customer service.

Such a great customer service in King ! Everytime I go to the drive thru they always provide the correct food. Nothing has ever been wrong absolutely nothing. They are fast and quick. The food is always fresh! The beefy melt is so delicious! All the staff is very generous and nice. 100 stars 🌟 to these people.

This McDonald's is one the best in Ft Wayne. Employees are generally friendly and thorough. The employees work hard to get it right at this location. I will go out of my way and pass other Mcdonald's locations up to go to this one on Illinois Rd. because I rarely have any issue with service or food quality; the few times that I have, they have quickly rectified and made it right with a good professional attitude.
