Awesome is about all I can say. Honest fair pricing. They've worked on all of my vehicles. Timing belts/chains water pumps. Finally found a mechanic that I can't compare to a doctor.

This is a long review but I wanted to tell the full story of my experience. I needed a transmission for my 98 Chevy Silverado, the shop I normally take my truck too was not able to take care of this for me, so being local to King I decided to find a local shop to hopefully take care of the issue. I called Alex and Jim's Automotive and he said he would do the work and I brought him the truck. He did a great job of finding a transmission for me and the quoting a reasonable price for the total amount of work. He got the job done quickly and I picked up my truck. AND THEN IT BROKE DOWN... just a couple of days later. I called Alex and Alex was PHENOMENAL in taking care of the issue. Let me say, that the reason that it broke down again was no fault of Alex's or his workmanship. There was a faulty part in the used transmission but Alex offered without me having to ask to take care of the issue at no cost to me. I know for a fact that he chose to lose money simply to take care of me as the customer. I could not have been more thankful for his willingness to accept the issue as it came and then choose to take care of the problem. Alex is fantastic!
