Ted has done several jobs for us. He listens carefully to our description of the problem, then takes a look, and then tells us what needs to be done. On more than one occasion, what needs to be done is not what we thought – after all, he’s the professional. He then describes the problems he might run into during the job, and provides an estimate of the possible cost impact. He then does the job, with no fuss, muss, or bother, and when he’s done, makes the work area clean as a whistle.

I like to talk to workmen about their tools and craft – Ted has been consistently educational, interesting, and polite about my lack of knowledge. If you run out of plumbing topics, be sure to ask Ted about his youthful hobby racing stock cars.

Excellent experience all the way around. Very reasonably priced and talked through our needs in order to provide us with the best value possible. Quick response to our water heater issue that was very time sensitive (even with travel being involved). If you are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly plumber, look no further!!
