Body & Sole Wellness is HANDS DOWN the best place to get a massage. I have serious back and neck issues and have been going to see them for the past 3 years on a weekly basis. I prefer extreme firm pressure with a deep tissue massage. Both Kim and Kayla, are experts in this field. I have had regular massages all over the south east and this is by far my favorite place. Whether you want to come and be pampered and go to sleep or you need someone to do some serious bodywork, it’s gonna happen however you want it as they are first class professionals. They are family to me now and I know I can go there and laugh, cry, or have a kind ear to listen. Juliana is an amazing aesthetician who offers an array of services, including lash extensions facials, microdermabrasion etc. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating, kind and have manners that are hard to come by today in our world. Do yourself a favor and go check them out! There aren’t enough stars to give!!!

I had my first experience at Body & Sole today. It was great. Suzie worked on me and was wonderful. Very sensitive to my needs and communicative about what she was doing for me. I made a follow up appointment in a few weeks that I'm already looking forward to. My back hasn't felt this loose in months!

It was my first time getting a massage here with these ladies. My therapist Susie helped my tension in my shoulders a lower back an it was a good experience.

Kim and Julianna have become such incredible people in my life! Kim’s deep-tissue massages are about the only thing that give me a true sense of relief from the tension and knotted muscles in my neck, back, and shoulders. She adjusts pressure exactly as I need it and communicates so well with me. Her skills are unparalleled!

I regularly see Julianna for my lash extensions, and she never fails to do a phenomenal job. She told me my lashes were the most dramatic she has done so far, and I’m absolutely in love with them! It was as if she’d been doing hybrid sets for years! I feel so feminine and pretty even without makeup or minimal makeup now, which saves me so much time in my daily routine.

The entire spa is immaculately clean and hygienic, inviting, smells amazing, and I’ve felt so welcome since the first time I walked through the door. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to unwind from the stresses of life and, even better, feel like so much more than just a client - they treat you like you’re important, and their passion and care for their art shines through in all they do. They’re so professional, yet so friendly and kind.

I urge you to book an appointment as soon as possible and I bet you’ll become a regular, just like my sister and I have! (She’d never before received a massage, but described her relaxation massage with Kim as “Heavenly!”).

P.S. Their beds are the most comfortable things I have ever laid on. If Heaven has beds, I’d venture to say they’ll be very much like these, with the softest sheets that will ever touch your skin; I am not even exaggerating. I’ve never felt so comfortable in all my life! It’s such a treat every time I go.
