Great company, good trainers, and decent starter pay with incentives. Longest trip has been 6 days and you get used to sleeping with the truck moving.

I wrote that first paragraph when I first started and now I've been with Cooke for about a year. My opinion has only grown more positive for this company. The owner and those in the office may be jerks sometimes and they can be rude as hell but they value their employees. They've gone out of their way a few times now to see that I'm taken care of, even when it may not be in the best interest of the company. They're like family and if you're good to them, they'll be very good to you.

I've been here going on 6 years all in all been a great place to work. They are friendly, great pay since recent raises flexible when you got something to be home for. Your not a number they know you by name which is what has kept me here. Really gonna hate to leave this place, lately not being able to maintain a normal schedule can't make plans never know when gonna be home.
