(October 15, 2021, 10:22 am)Granite City Storagae is the best because of DUSTIN!! I would highly recommend them, because of Dustin! He helps answer any questions I have, he makes sure you get text messages reminding you of your bill! He has the best customer service, of anyone in the business! He is the reason, we are still with the company today! Mike on 89, is another stand up employee, I think these 2 gentlemen are the face's of customer service!

I had a nurse named Mary who was incredible in making you feel comfortable and in assisting whatever she could and then when Dr. Defranco came in, he showed compassion, care, and interest in every little thing I had to say. Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Five stars!
