Starbucks

I was greeted when I walked in. I had to wait a couple minutes to place my order. The barista was very friendly and fixed my order immediately. Once you receive your cup there is a drink station that has the cup shields, lid plugs, etc. My drink was as good as usual. I recommend this location in Mt. Airy.

They were extremely busy in both the drive thru & inside, & the pressure from customers was on. Not many Starbucks in the area so they were packed.
This team managed to keep a smile on and help every customer with complaints about wait times and let them know where they were in line, including me. Everyone worked very hard to make sure customers left happy and with what they ordered. The Barista, Jeremiah, was running the espresso machine & apologized to me for the wait & let me know he put his heart into my drink. I am extremely impressed by the customer service in this establishment especially while under pressure. & my coffee is perfect!

The team at this location is excellent. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable baristas. The store stays super busy. Parking can be an issue sometimes as the drive-thru line is often wrapped around the buildings. I highly suggest using the Starbucks app for mobile order pickup.

Delicious!! They made my Chai latte with soy so yummy!! Creamy! The bathroom is pretty clean. No unisex bathroom!! It's great. I don't have to see dripping on the floor in front of the toilet. Hee hee.
