Scenic Chevrolet Buick GMC

You need to tell people the Total cost. I’ve been there twice in a month, I had a battery installed and a wheel bearing installed both times I was quoted ( and asked no less than twice each time) if that was the Total cost and told yes only to go pay and surprised when $65 was added to the battery install and $40-$45 was added t the cost of the wheel bearing. Total means Total.

My husband was visiting from Florida and his GMC truck had engine codes come up. He called and visited Scenic Chevrolet GMC and Mark Vogler assisted him and he was so kind to drive him to an appointment and came and picked him back up when the truck was completed. This is a five star service and I appreciate the excellent customer service and should we be back in the area and need service we will hands down be back - Thank You Again Mark

Really nice group of guys in the service department. We still have an issue but they are working on it. They gave me a loaner because it was going to take a while. They didn't think so but I knew it would. The worst thing was apparently the loaner had a bucket of air freshener spilled in it somewhere because you couldn't ride in it without all the windows down. You could smell it outside 10 feet away. I had to go out of town so I just let them have it back early.
