Surry Animal Hospital

Had a fantastic experience at Surry Animal Hospital, on time appointment, superior staff, very fair cost.
Took my dog Dozor in for his first visit and he left happy. If Dozor is happy everyone is happy!

I had a very good experience at Surry Animal Hospital. Dr. Hauser didn’t make me feel rushed about asking several questions during my dog’s annual visit. He wasn’t necessarily warm and fuzzy with my dog, but he seemed knowledgeable and appeared to be a straight shooter. I appreciated the fact that he wasn’t pushing products or unnecessary services. The assistant that initially saw our dog in the exam room was kind and patient as well. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood all my concerns. I will definitely return to Surry Animal Hospital.

Surry Animal Hospital has treated all our pets for many years. Always has been professional and understands the needs of our pets. When the time came that our pets could no longer be with us, The staff was kind and caring. Now we have a young dog and they show a lot of Patience with her! She needs it. lol

So when I moved down here, my dog ended up very sick. I just started working and barely had any money. They didn't charge me for a lot and worked with what I was able to afford. Unfortunately he passed. But with out this place he was able to have three more months with me and went peacefully. And because of their kind acts I have been taking my new pup here. They are a friendly staff and love what they are doing here. Great experiences everytime.

Today we had to put down our sweet German Shepherd Hercules at Surry County Animal Hospital, and the compassion and kindness we received here this morning was incredible. They did everything they could for him, and treated him with respect and dignity. He passed peacefully and comfortably with us by his side and the doctor and nurse comforting us along the way. It was deeply moving. Thank you for being a gentle, kind presence on what has been the worst day of our lives. We sincerely thank the staff for there quick actions and kindness as well. God bless.
