“Linda was an absolute delight. She and her husband were so welcoming. She was easy to talk to and we easily got lost in conversation. The home was comfortable and clean. We stayed in the Picasso. Really loved the bed and linens. She made dinner for us the first night and it was wonderful. I’m OBSESSED with her biscuits. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Her Dutch baby pancakes are awesome! Inspired me to purchase a few pans of my own to experiment. The Vermeer is super close to down town. Can’t wait to come back in April for our anniversary.”

“This guys are amazing. Got broke down the road on I-74 near by Mt Airy NC called this company to replace my coolant reservoir and I was pulled of the road on shoulder they said they’ll be able to replace it right on spot when others were saying to tow it because it’s dangerous on the shoulder. However thanks to this guys they showed up less than hour plus they put me back on the road within an hour after arrival. Great 👍 job fellows. Thanks for the service that keeping us moving truck drivers. Well done great job”

“Very helpful and fast. I had bought a lawn vac from DR Power and since Vast Equipment is a dealer DR Power had them work on the motor on the leaf vac. It arrived at my house with a dented rope recoil assembly and also fan shroud and so couldn't crank. I called DR Power they sent me to Vast Equipment shop and I dropped it off the day after speaking with Vast. The Day after that they called to tell me it had been fixed and I could come and pick it up. They showed me it cranking and running then I brought it home and it worked just fine as well. Thanks so much for your expedient and careful work!”

“Dr. Brintle and the staff that I met today was very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and comforting. Tonya made sure that I was comfortable with every X-ray she took. I am very pleased with the experience. I do not have Dental insurance and am very pleased with the cost of procedures at this dental practice. They also made sure that I was aware of the cost of the procedure before starting the process. Today I went back for my cleaning with Ashley and everything was just as nice as it was yesterday. My cleaning was very thorough and timely. I’m very impressed with this staff.”

“I purchase through Eastern Building Supply and John Queen. His representative he deals exclusively with is a woman named Tarah at Central States Mfg. We left early this morning to pick up an order that will be taken back to Peachland NC. Upon arrival the discovery that their was an issue with our order and how it had been processed. I made one phone call to John, John made one phone call to Tarah, and then I had the absolute pleasure of watching this young lady take a situation that would’ve required us having to wait an extended period of time and turn it into the perfect example of A+ customer service. It’s not A+ because of the short time frame it will take to correct the issue, but more so the amount of effort and personalization she applied to the circumstance. Even if there had been no change to the outcome of the particular situation, I would not be able to be anything less then grateful for the EFFORT and concern she bestowed. Give this young lady an award for how she represents her employer, because she and John are the reasons I choose to purchase from Central States. Their competitors may be physically closer in location, but their customer service comes no where close to what I experience each time, and every time. Thank you both very much!!!”
