“Honest and fair! Mike installed a sub for me and I was having issues with the sound. He traded out a bigger sub for the one I had, to see if that would correct the issue. It didn't! I was looking at upgrading radio and he worked me up a price that was fair and got the job done in days after all the pieces arrived. Vacuumed car when done and even put the window shades up while it sat waiting on me to pick it up. IF you want service from someone that will give you that kind of detail, then Mike is the MAN!!!!! “I got a flat which was my own fault because I knew I needed tires but kept putting it off. Of course it happened at the worst possible time. Leaving for my much awaited weekend birthday trip at the Casino, we hadn't made it 20 miles down the highway when my right rear tire completely split and went flat. Luckily I had run flats and was able to get to an exit and into a safe place off the road. I called several very close places asking if they had my size tire, planning to drive there on the runflats if they did. No one did except Parrish, but only at their warehouse. I thought I was out of luck and would need to be towed home because I was afraid that was too far to drive on the runflats, but then they told me they have a Mobile service and they could go to the warehouse, pick up the tires and come to me to change them! I thought that was a fabulous idea but would surely cost me an arm and a leg. NOPE! The Mobile service is an incredibly reasonable $35!!! So I just decided to go ahead and have them change all 4 since I was planning to do it anyway, I'd just been too busy. Now i wouldn't have to make an appt and go back another day. Roughly 2 hours later I had 4 new tires and was on my way ! I might just do the Mobile service next time I need new tires just for the amazing convenience!!”

Got broke down the road on I-74 near by Mt Airy NC called this company to replace my coolant reservoir and I was pulled of the road on shoulder they said they’ll be able to replace it right on spot when others were saying to tow it because it’s dangerous on the shoulder. However thanks to this guys they showed up less than hour plus they put me back on the road within an hour after arrival. Great 👍 job fellows. Thanks for the service that keeping us moving truck drivers. Well done great job”

“Very helpful and fast. I had bought a lawn vac from DR Power and since Vast Equipment is a dealer DR Power had them work on the motor on the leaf vac. It arrived at my house with a dented rope recoil assembly and also fan shroud and so couldn't crank. I called DR Power they sent me to Vast Equipment shop and I dropped it off the day after speaking with Vast. The Day after that they called to tell me it had been fixed and I could come and pick it up. They showed me it cranking and running then I brought it home and it worked just fine as well. Thanks so much for your expedient and careful work!”
