I called Banner and spoke directly to the owner. He was very polite and helpful. He was able to work me in the next day and get job completed quickly (water valve replacement for a refrigerator ice maker). I prefer to use smaller companies for this type of work instead of a big company with terrible commercials (looking at you Morris Jenkins). I appreciate Mr. Banner's work and fair pricing. I had him quote a few more things while at my house and I will definitely call him in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about David Waddell. He is a technical plumbing expert and very thorough in everything he does. I remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms in a 30-year-old house that looked like the plumbing had been done by someone that was either drunk or didn't know what he was doing. David got everything straightened out so my new cabinets could be installed without tearing them up. He also installed new valves for the bathtub and shower and even helped me accomplish some unrelated work. He is a thoroughly professional and expert plumber and a very nice guy.

David did a fantastic job. He promptly returned my call for service within 24 hours, showed up the same day within 45 minutes, and went out of his way to source a part for my bathroom faucet that had stopped working. Despite requiring significantly more work than he anticipated, David billed only his trip charge. I would highly recommend David Waddell to anyone needing a plumber Union County.

David was awesome! About a month ago we sprung a leak in our yard (burst pipe). I called David and explained I had little babies at home and obviously couldn't go without water. He was there in a flash, got things fixed and everything was done by the time I got home after work. He was super pleasant, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him in a minute.

We have used David for years. He is a 3rd generation plumber with wide experience, and very friendly. David is fast, thorough, and competitively priced. He is trustworthy, and stands behind what he does. His work here has included replacing the hot water heater, remediating leaky plumbing, and replacing toilets, among other things. We are very satisfied with his work.
