“Top Honors is run by very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate staff. The facility is clean, well maintained. They foster dogs for the county Humane Society and turned a starving yard dog into a well behaved indoor pet. He was beautifully groomed and clipped when I picked him up, had been leash trained, and gained most of his weight back since his rescue. Highly recommended!”
