(November 8, 2018, 11:52 pm)Dr. Rios' professionalism and empathy was greatly appreciated as I said goodbye to my kitty today. The walls to the exam rooms are thin, and prior to the procedure I could hear every word of conversation taking place in the treatment area. As a fellow veterinary nurse, I appreciate that the staff made an effort to be quiet and respectful during the euthanasia process.
