There are no words to describe how grateful I am to the 180 team! My husband was the first to start going to 180 about three years ago. After almost 20 years of constant pain, Chris and his staff began treatment and my husband is pain free. This is absolutely amazing because he never found relief anywhere that lasted more then a few weeks. Then last year a series of migraines hit me out of nowhere. I began my treatment after trying everything I could but, working with the staff and keeping up with my maintenance plan I rarely get migraines. My oldest daughter has recently started treatment for unexplained pains she’s suffered since having her children. The staff has gone above and beyond to listen and care for each one of us. They are not just out therapist they are family. The ladies at the front desk are so amazing and efficient and work their magic to see us as soon as possible! Thank you so much to all of you!

180 Therapies is the best massage studio out there. Being a massage therapist myself, I find it difficult to find a therapist who would give me a massage that I would find beneficial. But let me tell you, 180 Therapies never skips a beat. Every session is unique and focused to treat your problem area(s). I always leave feeling lasting pain relief. This is the only place I would recommend all my friends and family.

So thankful for this place! Just had the BEST massage I have ever had by the sweetest therapist Greyson. She took her time, and worked on some deep tension I have had for a while. She was able to pin point my problem areas and I had immediate relief. Will definitely be back to see her!

I’ve been going to 180 now for about a year, maybe a little more & I love it. The staff is VERY professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I see Sveta and she has helped me with so many issues associated with me doing martial arts, weight lifting and having a very active lifestyle that I can’t keep track of them all.
