I'd give them more stars if I could. I called and talked briefly with whom I presume is the owner. He said that they could be out tomorrow, which was fine with me. Well, they showed up today, dug up the access spots, pumped everything out, and were gone in just over an hour. The guys were nice, and the price was 1/4th what I paid to another company a few years ago. That's not an exaggeration.
This isn't a slick new company. They've been in business 30 years (per the guy that came out), and apparently they focus on just getting the job done and done well. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

The entire staff were polite and professional. Barbara was especially helpful, she called early in the morning to see if we were ready, then called again to say the crew was on their way. The crew that came out were courteous. Not only pumping out the septic tank, also fixing a blocked drain line coming from our home. Excellent job by everyone, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. They were affordable and worth every penny we paid them.
