Great produce and and friendly staff

A family member told me about this produce stand . It is out of my way but I have been visiting anyway because I like it . Fresh produce , plants , meat , cheese , pickled items , jams & jellies , fresh eggs , bread , Boiled peanuts , ice cream counter , small selection of grocery items . The folks are nice who run it . The prices are good & there is plenty of parking .

I wish had few more items like raw goats milk or cow milk ! But still gets 4 stars was cozy friendly place . Said they even took EBT which I found great these days and times anyone may be on EBT!! But I am hopeing they get goats milk products preferably raw if state NC allowed not sure on that eather!

Everyone should take a few minutes out of your busy schedules to stop in and see Tammy. The Southern Gal Produce Market has something for everyone, wether you are wanting a big slice of hoop cheese for some yummy grilled cheese sandwiches, or maybe you want some jam or jelly, you have to try the pickled okra (my favorite) or maybe a few tomatoes for a good ole mater samich, need something quick for supper stop and get you some of the chili mix or just to grab a loaf of bread.
You like cheese curds, she has got you covered. Be sure and grab you a cup or cone of Hershey’s ice cream before you leave.
Don’t forget your SWEETS Elderberry syrup to help boost that immune system.
You will know Ms. Tammy she will be the one with the big smile saying hey how are you doing today!
