“We purchased 4 Arby's roast beef and Cheddar's and we only received one pack of horsey sauce and one pack of Arby's sauce even after we requested extra. also when we got to the window we asked if there was extra sauce in there and the young woman promptly said yes and close the window as if she didn't want to speak to us or answer any other questions. I believe that your staff could be a bit more friendly when it comes to the drive-thru because this isn't the first time that the same young woman has been very rude and short with us.”

“Thought I knew what a good haircut was until I came here. Ive been a customer here for almost 3 years now. These guys are good at what they do. From haircuts, to beards, to eyebrows. They leave you looking top-notch. I've had people tell me that my beard looks like it was drawn on. That is a testament to the sharp lines and edges they make. “My family and I have used nationwide Insurance for 20-30 years and I switched to NC Farm Bureau 2 years ago after being referred to by family members that are customers as well. The new home we are buying required documents, insurance, and deposit all with a 48 hour deadline. We still had to see the house and they could not set up walk through until the next day which left us 24 hours. We saw the house the next day but it was after 7pm and now that we committed to buying, we literally had 3 hours left the next day to submit everything and Jamie Griffin and Leslie Ashcraft came through more than they realized for our family. The quality of service is unmatched, the cost per value is amazing, and the communication is almost instant with immediate results. I will recommend NC Farm Bureau highly and I believe recognition is deserved for everyone working together there as a team and putting the customer first which is not as common as you would think these days. “I was so pleased with my wash, cut, and style with Lacie today! I am a new client, and called for a same-day appointment and she fit me in her schedule in less than two hours. I was very impressed with the time she spent consulting with me as far as what I wanted and how she really worked diligently to make sure my hair was exactly right. I arrived with a hair wrap in my hair and she spent an extra 20 minutes unraveling it. She re-cut my layers multiple times until the length was just right. I will certainly be coming back!”

“Great service today. I went to this food lion on my way home from the gym. A nice young man was so helpful at the register. He was funny, personable, loaded my groceries onto the checkout table and loaded them into my cart. He insisted and wouldn’t take no for an answer. He was incredible. He told me he hopes I come back to their store, because they’re “all nice people here” and I honestly can say his customer service will have me back. Store was super clean as well. Great job, staff! 10/10.”

“Monroe NC has a great BK! I have numerous years of customer service experience and I was totally in awe of this establishment. The entire staff is excellent. The GM was very friendly and engaged with his team and all the guests. They were very clean in comparison to competing fast food spots as well. Bathrooms were fresh and stocked, team members were pleasant, and my King's Meal Deal was hot and fresh! It was lunchtime on a Monday and quite busy, but service was flowing smoothly and I received the kind of service I expect, EXCELLENCE! Well done Burger King of Monroe, NC. I appreciate all you do. Definitely a new go-to on the regular. Did I say "Yummy"!”
