  I love my trainer Caren and the facilities. I have RA and I'm constantly having knee or back issues. Caren modifies the workout accordingly and even makes it fun, except for the planks. I'll never enjoy planks. :-)

  These are a great bunch of trainers, all with different styles, that are entirely focused on their clients well-being in all facets health, strength, and nutrition. Whether a 1:1 session or a group session, I thoroughly enjoy my time at FT Waxhaw and I am enjoying watching my transformation to a healthier and happier me.

  Fitness Together is a great place to get your work out in! Every day is a different experience and everyone there is wonderful! I love the flexibility of the one on one's or PACK sessions! Thanks FT for helping me get healthy!
