(December 14, 2018, 12:13 am)I have seen a few negative reviews about this branch and I have to strongly disagree. I have had nothing but great customer service with them. Hey, BOTTOM LINE is health insurance these days sucks! These guys & gals are just middle men doing their job. They don't make the rules. Go B!@#h to congress if you hate our health system. Maybe if enough of us speak up, something will change! Anyway, I have met with several of the staff there and Chris Webb has handled my plan for at least 2 years now. He is very thorough and does his best to answer any question I throw at him. He is also very honest. I hope you have the same experience!
