(January 20, 2019, 7:06 pm)CFIT has literally changed my life! I was new to CrossFit, and the coaches and members were very welcoming and helped me along the way! There are so many options in class times, each day, and you can even catch a class on the weekends! The coaches are great with taking the time to talk through each movement, focusing on technique to prevent injury, and helping you scale any movement you need to. The community also plays a huge role in what keeps me motivated and inspired! If you’re looking to join a CrossFit gym in the area, I recommend CrossFit Indian Trail 100%!
(January 19, 2019, 10:35 am)I have been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years now, CFIT has helped me tremendously with correcting movements and making me so much stronger! Walking into this box immediately felt like "home." I have gained so many friendships. Having such an amazing community keeps you accountable for showing up and working hard. Excited to see whats to come!
(January 18, 2019, 2:27 pm)This place changed my life! Every single aspect including the community, coaching staff and programming are all truly incredible. This just a home away from home and couldn’t recommend it any more highly from beginners to veterans in the fitness world!
(January 18, 2019, 9:00 am)If you’re looking to start doing CrossFit, I recommend this gym 100%! The coaches and members of this gym are so helpful and motivating. Coming to a new gym can be very scary but the people at this gym will make you feel so welcome. I would reccommend this gym to anyone of any age and skill set!
(January 17, 2019, 8:30 pm)I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and support you receive from other members. The coaches are great and provide challenging workouts each day. I also like that there are alternatives available for those workouts that might be a little too challenging for my fitness level. I’ve been going for a year now and love it.
