I believe the technition was a veteran, and he did a phenomenal job. My microfiber couch was destroyed by kids, and he got every single spot out, it was like brand new. I also had an area rug cleaned. Everything was clean and smelled great, I even got a voucher for a free cleaning of a portion of my sectional! Six months later, my kids have once again seemingly ruined my furniture. One call in to CCA, and they were here the next day. Again fast, professional polite, and the results are great!
