I am tickled that he has his own practice and is even closer to me now, even though I would drive whatever distance was necessary in order for him to care for my doggies. Ron was super friendly and prompt. He gave us a free thorough inspection, and then when we hired him on he walked us through every step and worked with our insurance seamlessly.
