“Smiley and his crew provides the best customer service in Charlotte area and I will always come back to this shop. Here's one example of how great they are, on the day that I had many chores and pressed for time, I arrived at the shop 5 minutes before the closing time. Instead of turning me away, Mike and his crew welcomed me with a smile for an oil change. During the oil change, I explained that my steering wheel shakes at a certain speed and the two front tires may need to be balanced. Mike's response with a smile "Don't worry, we always have time for customers and we will take care of it". Great people with excellent customer service!”

“This Goodyear went above and beyond. I had to get my car towed there after having another repair shop not do a job properly that was done earlier in the day. They quickly checked out my car and immediately found what was wrong. One of the technicians Bob even stayed an hour over the time he was supposed to leave just to make sure I would be able to drive my car home that night. They made a terrible experience from another shop bearable by working to make things right. Even though I live 30 minutes away from this location I will be going back simply because the customer service was excellent.”

“1st time here. They Took 3 HR 15 Min To Unload A partial. That's not good. However The people here are all very nice and respectful. They have a good cafeteria upstairs that has good food for a good price. And plenty of over night parking. So the place is quite comfortable for drivers hence the 5 star rating. It's as good as it gets for s grocery warehouse.”

“The good place to find Russian food, especially if you are starving of red caviar and other treats. Liked this place, the woman cashier was so nice and friendly. But my advice: look closely to the expiration date of products. The store has a good assortment of Soviet food but the Soviet style of business too. We totally forgot that expired items can be sold like it was in Soviet Union. So, just check everything before you place it in your cart;)”

““Mr. Bowman is with a property management company called Bowman Real Estate. His company, Bowman Real Estate, hired Diamond to install flooring in 20+ homes and FAILED TO PAY his balance. Mr. Bowman has stated numerous times that he does not have enough money to pay us for the work. Even when he tries to pay, he pays with bad checks drawn on insufficient funds. Mr. Bowman has given us the following explanations as to why his company does not have enough money to pay: (1) His wife has been stealing money out of his company’s account; (2) He is having a hard time meeting his own payroll; (3) He had to close down all of his bank accounts; (4) He neglected accounts payable, leaving him with $250,000 in expenses which he could not afford to pay; Bowman Real Estate is currently in default. For months, we have made every attempt to work with Mr. Bowman on payment terms. When we gave Mr. Bowman a final request to pay his overdue invoices, he unfortunately wrote this review instead of simply paying Diamond what he owes. We apologize for this public exchange. We felt it was necessary to respond to an unfair characterization from Mr. Bowman. We will be proceeding through the proper legal channels. As always, we are proud of our reputation.””
