(January 27, 2023, 4:04 pm)My new favorite activity! With my wedding sneaking up I was looking for something to drive me to work out. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and wow! In week number one I fell in love with how I was feeling.
The trainers are great and keep you motivated!
I am now 10lbs down and still feeling great! Thanks rock box!
(January 13, 2023, 12:02 pm)Functional training part never repeats itself, so huge variety of exercises I've never seen before. That's fantastic! Gloves training is also challenging and relaxing. Love it. Thanks to all trainers!!!
(November 12, 2022, 10:11 am)I loooooooove this place. This is my happy place. I love how clean the studio is and how organized it is at the time of the class. It makes everything easy to understand for first timers. I love how friendly everyone is too. This was my first time ever trying boxing and I felt absolutely no shame when I had to look around and see what other people were doing because I got lost. I still do that to this day!! I did not know what to expect when joining but this exceeded my expectations by a lot!
(September 2, 2022, 10:30 am)Rockbox is THE BEST workout experience around! Apart from the incredible results you get from the variety of different routines, the trainers and owners create a family environment / community that keeps you coming back time and again.
For me - Rockbox has become much more than a way to get better physically. It provides great benefits mentally and emotionally each and every day! The trainers are the BEST in the area and their positive attitude and encouragement not only motivate you but really starts your day in the best way possible.
I have been kickboxing for 5 years now (2 years at Rockbox) and I can honestly say (even though is sounds like such a cliche) - it has changed my life and I am grateful daily for their trainers, workout and the entire RockBox community!
Shout out to the incredible owners & trainers - Shia, Mike, Renee, Danielle, Jordan, Mia, Danita, Anika! You all are amazing!
