“My family and I have used nationwide Insurance for 20-30 years and I switched to NC Farm Bureau 2 years ago after being referred to by family members that are customers as well. The new home we are buying required documents, insurance, and deposit all with a 48 hour deadline. We still had to see the house and they could not set up walk through until the next day which left us 24 hours. We saw the house the next day but it was after 7pm and now that we committed to buying, we literally had 3 hours left the next day to submit everything and Jamie Griffin and Leslie Ashcraft came through more than they realized for our family.
